Dato' Dr. Mat Saat Baki: has academic qualifications in the area of Psychology, Social Works and Management. He obtained Bachelor of Psychology (1972), Masters of Social Works (1975) from the University of Western Australia, Perth, Western Australia, and PhD in Clinical Psychology (1982) from the United States International University, San Diego, California. In addition, Dato’ Dr. Mat Saat Baki has professional qualifications in Marriage, Family and Child Counseling and Sexology.
